All of our factories in Sweden and Portugal have been carefully chosen in order to guarantee high-quality standards.
Portugal
Our factory is located in the north of Portugal and is a family-owned business. We have visited our factory and have a close and fantastic collaboration throughout the design process and production.
Portugal is well known to produce top-quality products under fair working conditions. We use a qualified and well-educated labor force, with richness in premium fabrics research and basic raw materials, a well-developed textile finishing industry, improving knowledge and technology and a short logistics period due to geographical proximity.
We are working closely with our manufacturers in all steps of production.
Sweden
We produce our dietary supplements in Sweden. Our manufacturer is one of Sweden's oldest manufacturers of health food and dietary supplements. With nearly 80 years business they have extensive experience in product development and high-quality production.
Our book is printed at a printing house in Sweden.
Our printing house are the first Swedish letterpress group, to be certified acc. ClimateCalc. Above all, this means that we keep track of and can report our footprints, e.g. raw materials, chemicals, electricity, heat and freight. In addition to this, we have, as before, stubbornly avoided additive products that may contain, for readers or our employees, harmful substances such as isocyanates, thermosets (UV or UV hybrid paints, etc.). We will continue to work on reducing our footprint and chemical use and prioritize raw materials and sub-suppliers who have the same insight.

Our Loungewear are crafted in rib stretch Modal fabric.

Modal fibers are extracted from naturally grown beech wood by an environmentally responsible integrated pulp-to-fiber process, which is self-sufficient in energy and recovers co-products from component parts of the wood. This flexible fiber is renowned for its exceptional softness.

LOU MULIER STORY
LOU MULIER is a Swedish lifestyle brand founded by twin sisters Helen and Kristin from Gotland. We create and design our collections with inspiration from Gotland's beautiful beaches and the sea, which is reflected in the colors, patterns, and shapes of our products. We use exclusive and silky-soft materials like modal TENCEL™ to create loungewear that is both luxurious and comfortable to wear 24/7.
For our swimwear, we use a shimmering Italian fabric of premium quality. We have designed it with adjustable shoulder straps, double-layered fabric, and a seamless design. Our clothes are carefully handcrafted in our factory in northern Portugal.
