Shipping Information and Delivery Times at LOU MULIER

We ship your orders within the EU from our warehouse in Sweden. We understand you’re excited about your order from Lou Mulier, and we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Information

When you place an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with shipping information. Orders are automatically sent to your nearest pickup point.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping within Sweden for orders over 800 SEK.
• For orders under 800 SEK, the shipping cost depends on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times and Shipping Methods:

• Sweden: 1-3 business days with Schenker
• Within the EU: 1-8 business days with UPS

We reserve the right to extend delivery times in case of customs delays. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation (business days, excluding public holidays).

Please note: We cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
