Returns & exchanges
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact.
Please read the following before you proceed:
All returns have to be registered via the link below. With Lou Mulier, you always can return your online purchase within 14 days from the delivery date.
The returned items must be returned unworn, in the original condition with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer. We do not accept refunds with any sign of wear or use. Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
Please note that attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest drop-off point. We do not stand for the costs of returns for refunds and will therefore deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
To process a return please follow the steps bellow.
If you would like to make a return, press ” Return your orders here ” to proceed and you will be directed to our service for returns.
1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed. Make sure your item (s) are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
2. When you have registered your return, you will receive a confirmation by mail that we have received your request, after that you will receive a new mail with a shipping label that you print out. Attach the Return Label to the outside of the box and attach the enclosed return shipping label over the initial delivery label.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 10 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

- Rest of EU: €40
An additional SEK 250 is charged for the unclaimed package that makes it back to the warehouse.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to change your product to another size or product you need to return your item and place a new order.

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@loumulier.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue. When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further shipping instructions.
